Take five minutes or less a day to spend time with an animal or plant. It would improve their lives more than you'd imagine.

Stress and kind of forgetting to just stop and take a couple deep breaths. I'm definitely working on that. But at the end of the day when i'm laying down with my animals i can breathe in nice and deep and just relax with them.

I'm grateful for my gardens, trees and potted plants. For my animals. For my family, fiance and all their love and support. I'm grateful for the rain nourishing the earth.

When I'm sitting in my gardens, in the forest, swimming, with my animals, my family or fiance or meditating at my altar, or just being around candles in general.

I do practice Reiki. I find it very helpful and a really healing rewarding experience. I also think that meditation or just taking a minute to take some natural deep breaths can be healing. Just being around things in your life that provide you a feeling of unconditional love.
